Order Modifications & Cancellations
At Try-Me Coffee, we take pride in our roast-to-order service. Once your order is submitted, the roasting begins, and we are unable to cancel or modify the order.
Return Policy
At Try-Me Coffee, every pound of coffee is roasted specifically for you, never sitting on a shelf. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
In the rare instance that you experience a quality issue, please contact hello@trymecoffeeroasters.com. Include a description and photo of the concern, and we will investigate promptly.
Damages and Issues
Local Delivery
We offer local delivery to neighbors in select zip codes and will leave your package at your doorstep. At checkout, please leave a note with any delivery instructions, such as a preferred drop-off location. We are not responsible for stolen packages or damages that occur after delivery.
Shipping
We exclusively ship with UPS, a trusted provider known for its reliability. If your package is damaged, lost, or stolen, please contact UPS directly. Since we do not control the delivery process, we are not responsible for shipping-related issues.
