Retail Processing Time
We roast your coffee within 0-2 business days after you place your order.
Pickup
- We offer free local pickup at our community roaster in the Bywater at 1014 France Street, New Orleans, LA 70117.
- If you choose this option, you’ll receive two emails: one confirming your order, and another letting you know when it’s ready for pickup
- Pickup hours are Monday through Thursday, from 9:30 AM to 4 PM and Friday from 9:30 AM to 3 PM.
- Please ring the doorbell upon arrival. If we're roasting coffee in the back and it takes longer to reach the door, call our office at 504-945-4314, and we’ll assist you shortly.
Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only)
We ship exclusively within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated in real-time at checkout. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been added to our roasting schedule. After that, your order will ship and tracking will be updated within in 1-3 business days.
