There is nothing more Louisiana than coffee & chicory.

It is the coffee you will sip throughout New Orleans: every beignet counter serves coffee & chicory to pair with their pastries, and fine dining restaurants throughout New Orleans have long served it alongside their menus.

It is a bold cup with just a touch of natural sweetness from the chicory root. And because chicory is naturally caffeine free, coffee & chicory is slightly lower in caffeine than coffee alone, making it an an easy one to sip throughout the day.

Our Coffee & Chicory Blend is one of the very first roasts we ever pioneered, and to this day, we still use the very same coffee and chicory mixer to blend every batch.

When you sip our coffee & chicory, know this: you are connected to generations of New Orleanians who drank coffee blended in that very same mixer. If you take a deep breath beside it, you'll find it is still imbued with the aroma of more than 100 years of coffee and chicory, lovingly maintained by generations of our family.

Why isn’t coffee and chicory available as whole bean?  Chicory is a roasted root, not a bean, and it needs to be ground to match the coffee so the two can be properly blended.
