Full pounds of coffee at fair prices

Full-pound coffee bags are rare. Try-Me Coffee offers them.

Did you know Try-Me Coffee sells coffee by the full pound—16 oz? You might assume all coffee comes this way, but that’s not the case.

Most grocery store coffees are packed in 12 oz bags or less. Next time you're shopping, take a look—you won’t find many brands offering a true pound.

As a small-batch roaster, we feel the impact of rising costs just like our community does.

Even so, our mission is to keep local coffee within reach so our neighbors, families, and visitors from all over can enjoy every day.

That’s why personal orders are priced between $10–$14 per pound. Even our single origins—carefully sourced for their distinct flavors and roasted by hand in the Bywater for nearly a century—stay within that price.

How do we keep prices fair while delivering exceptional taste?

❤️ We roast to order, ensuring no excess coffee goes to waste.
❤️ We keep packaging simplebiodegradable with just the essential details.
❤️ Most importantly, we put community first. As a family-run, neighborhood business, we make decisions with sustainability in mind—for our team and the people we serve.

Costs may shift over time, but our promise remains the same: quality coffee sold in full pounds at fair prices.

We believe that if you drink coffee in New Orleans, it should come from a local roaster. There are so many incredible ones, and while we hope you’ll choose Try-Me Coffee—we price our coffee to make that an easy choice—more than anything, we hope you choose local.

New Orleans deserves its place on the coffee map, and we’re proud to stand alongside our peer roasters in making that happen.
