Medium Roast | Rich & Smooth | A Bywater Classic
Premium Colombian Blend is the coffee poured into thick mugs before sunrise and brewed in shotgun houses throughout New Orleans. Smooth, approachable, and satisfying day after day, it has become the coffee many of our customers simply call "their coffee."
Every batch is roasted in our historic Bywater shop on vintage roasting machines that have been turning for 100 years.
Many longtime customers may remember this coffee as Ruth's Blend. Years ago, Ruth Fertel, founder of Ruth's Chris Steak House, came to Try-Me Coffee to create and perfect a blend of her own. The name has changed, but the coffee remains one of our most beloved favorites.
