All decaf coffee in this blend is processed using the Swiss Water® Process, a chemical-free method that uses only water, temperature, and time to gently remove caffeine while preserving the coffee’s structure and flavor integrity.

Why isn’t coffee and chicory available as whole bean?  Chicory is a roasted root, not a bean, and it needs to be ground to match the coffee so the two can be properly blended.
